FAQs

How do I create an account?
To create an account, simply click “Sign In/Register” on the top left hand corner of the website. A screen will populate, asking you to either sign in or register. For new users, please enter in all of your information listed under “Register” to create an account. Once you select “Register” your account will be created. You will then receive a confirmation email to the email address with which you registered.

I can’t get my password to work, it is coming up as too weak?
If your password comes up as too weak, simply follow the steps listed on the page. Your password should be at least seven characters long and requires uppercase, lowercase and numbers at a minimum to be successful. To make your password stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols. If you have trouble remembering your password you can click on “Remember My Password” tick box so you will be automatically logged in when you go onto the site. When you register you will also receive free shipping anywhere in Australia.

What is the payment gateway Stripe and is it safe?
Stripe is a payment gateway which is extremely secure and safe. It is used around the world and allows customers to make payments by using their credit card details via the Oli6® website. You’ll notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter through to the “Checkout.” This indicates that all information entered during your session is secure.

Why do I need an account?
ou don’t need to set up an account, however, we encourage all current and future Oli6® customers to setup an online account via the Oli6® website. Setting up an account allows you to receive many perks including free shipping on goods shipped domestically within Australia, as well as news and information about Oli6.

I have an account but my password is not working, what should I do?
 If your password is not working, it is recommended that you create a new one. To do this, simply follow the instructions listed under “I forgot my password. What should I do?”

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to create a new one. To reset your password, simply follow the below steps:

1. Select “Sign In/Register” in the top left hand of the website
2. Select “Forgot Password” under “Sign In”
3. Under “Username or Email” enter your username or email with which you originally registered
4. Then select “Reset Password”
5. You will then receive a link to create a new password via your email
6. Enter into your email and click on the link to reset your password

How do I update my details?
To update your details you will need to “Sign In” In the top right hand corner, you will then need to go to “My Account” (again in the top right hand corner) and click on the hyperlink to edit your password and account details. You’ll then be directed to a new page that will allow you to edit your details.

How do I sign out?
To sign out, click on “My Account”, on the top right hand corner, on this page you will see a link which says Sign out. Click this button and you will be signed out.

How do I unsubscribe?
If you would like to unsubscribe from the Oli6 newsletter, simply select “Unsubscribe” when you receive information to your email.

Is GST included in my order?
Yes, GST is included in your order.

I’m having trouble using the website?
If you’re having issues using the website, please contact our customer service team by calling 1800 854 660 or email us at customer.service@oli6.com.au. It may also be an issue with your cache which may need to be refreshed. To do this press CTRL + F5.

I have a question about shipment and delivery who can I talk to?
If you have any queries regarding shipping, please contact our customer service team by calling 1800 854 660 or email us at customer.service@oli6.com.au. Once you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation email from Oli6®, on this email there will be a tracking number so you can track your order.

What is your shipping and delivery policy?
Orders placed before 12pm (midday) will be dispatched the same business day, unless otherwise stated. After 12pm (midday) the order will be shipped the following business day. In most cases goods shipped domestically within Australia will be received within 3-7 business days of shipping. International orders are dispatched every day. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order. Please note, that we have no control orders that are temporarily held at customs and this may cause longer delivery times.

When will I get my order?
Please allow for 3-7 business days from the time of purchase for those orders to be shipped domestically within Australia and 7-10 days for international orders.

How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free across Australia, New Zealand and China when you sign up to our email database. If you don’t sign up you will be charged AUD $10 in Australia, NZD $11.20c for New Zealand and RMB ¥50.00 for Chinese shipments.

Can I send my order overseas?
We only ship domestically to Australia and internationally to New Zealand and mainland China. Please contact customer.service@oli6.com for any other orders.

What if I need to change my order?
We are able to change product orders as long as the product has not been sent from our warehouse. Where a product has been chosen incorrectly and sent or opened, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on consumable toddler products. Please contact our customer service team at customer.service@oli6.com.au for any support.

Can I track my order?
You can definitely track your order! Once your order is placed via the Oli6 website, you will receive a unique tracking number. Use this code to track your order on the AusPost website.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We will refund orders on product that is damaged, or where the incorrect quantity or order has been delivered. Where products have been chosen incorrectly or opened, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange consumable toddler products. If you have further questions regarding returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@oli6.com.au for information on returns or exchanges.

When can I expect my refund or exchange?
We endeavour to refund or exchange your product as quickly as possible. Please allow 7 working days for a refund.

How can I pay?
Once you’re satisfied with your order and you select “Proceed to Checkout” you will be directed towards the Billing Details section of the page. Please then enter in all of your personal information as well as payment details. Then select “Place order”. Congratulations, you’ve purchased your Oli6 formula!

How do I apply an offer code?
To apply an offer code, simply enter your offer code into “Apply Coupon” when you enter into your cart to checkout. Once your code is entered, select “Update Cart” for your discount to be applied.

Where can I get an offer code?
Offer codes are dependent on current promotions, please register to our online database and keep an eye on our website or ‘like’ us on Facebook to keep up to date with new product launches, specials and other interesting information.

How do I find a store that stocks Oli6® near me?
To find a store near you, simply select “Find a Store” in the top left hand corner of the website, you’ll then be taken to our store section of the Oli6® website. There you’ll be able to search for a store near you either by entering in an address, suburb or postcode.

Can I get in touch with a real person?
If you’d like to speak to a customer service representative, please contact us either by calling 1800 854 660 or email us at customer.service@oli6.com.au . Our friendly staff are available to help you with your query.

Can I receive samples of your formula?
We have free stage 3 sachets available on our online shop. Oli6® voluntarily complies with World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations, and the Marketing in Australia of Infant Formulas (MAIF) agreement, which does not support the sampling of infant and follow on formulas by manufacturers directly to parents or carers of infants. Therefore, we are unable to supply you with a free sample of our stage 1 and 2, however, you can buy stage 1 and stage 2 sachets for $2 from our online shop.

Do you sell sachets of your formulas?
Yes we currently sell stage 1 and 2 sachets on our online shop. Stage 3 sachets are free to consumers, T’s and C’s apply.

Are your formulas Halal certified?
All the Oli6® range are certified halal from Global Halal Trade Centre which are members of World Halal Food Council
Do your products contain genetically modified (GM) ingredients?
Our products do not have any GM ingredients.

What is the vegetable oil used?
The vegetable oils that we use in our formulas are palm, soybean and sunflower oils.

What is the difference between Infant Formula, Follow-On Formula and Toddler Formula?
The primary difference between our Infant Formula and Follow-On Formula is the balance of milk proteins. Both formulas have whey and casein proteins but in different proportions.

Our Infant Formula is whey dominant and has a similar proportion of whey and casein to breast milk. It is important that an infant who is formula fed from birth or under 6 months, starts with a whey dominant formula like our Infant Formula.

Our Follow-on Formula is casein dominant. The balance between casein and whey shifts because as casein is slower to digest than whey, it may keep your little one feeling full a little longer.

Is it correct that Infant Formula is suitable through until 12 months? Should I change to Follow-On Formula?
Our Infant Formula is suitable from Birth though to 12 months; and our Follow-On Formula is suitable from 6 months to 12 months.

We recommend that once your baby reaches 6 months you can change your formula to our Follow-on Formula as the Follow-on Formula may keep your little one feeling fuller for longer and better complement the introduction of solid foods. It may also be more suitable for toddlers over 6 months that are new to formula.

Is it safe to add other vitamins and minerals into the Oli6® formula?
No, only follow the preparation instructions as stipulated on pack. You should never add any vitamin or mineral supplement to a formula unless under the strict supervision of your health professional or doctor.

Do your formulas contain all the nutrients my baby needs until 12 months?
Our infant and follow on formulas are nutritionally complete, however, from 6 months your baby should be starting on solid foods. Infant formula and follow on formula may be used for 6 – 12 months as the liquid part of your baby’s diet.

Do your tins contain Bisphenol A (BPA)?
All our formula tins and lids are BPA free. The tin and the lid are also recyclable.
